“We’re passionate foodies, we like to think that we’re imaginative and innovative too. We’re in love with meat as a form of nutrition and wellness. We want to bring back old ways of living, eating and cooking..”

— Jessica Shulist,
When asked what she wanted ‘captured’ in branding photos.

“Meat Matters Butchery.”

Jessica and Trevor Shulist took acquired a long standing business in 2019. A Mom & Pop butchery run by a now retired Mom & Pop. That’s already pretty special and kind of unheard of in this day and age, but add on to it a brand new storefront built from the ground up and you have two people that are deeply invested and extremely passionate about what they’re doing. I was so happy to join their team during the launch of their new boutique butchery. Although their business is multifaceted, they wanted to focus on the storefront. Our shoot was broken up into multiple parts. Static storefront images, dynamic storefront images with customers and interactions with the cashier, action images, dark & moody (sexy) food photos to inspire customers, and portraits of the team.

Check out a few of the photos from our comprehensive branding session.
